Oh, lordy. @tregeagle, do you feel the need for a "Patient Experience Improvement Toolkit"? http://apo.org.au/node/191596 Personally, as an occasional patient, "not dead yet" is my metric for satisfactory outcomes from a medical service. Having to fill in a feedback form at every interaction would only serve to take the shine off that achievement.

@andyc My Mum's always used #Windows, but she's never installed it once; she simply couldn't. The barrier isn't the software, it's the availability of professional support.

Although he was undoubtedly an alcoholic, drug abuser and a bully, whenever I now read about or listen to The Fall, I can't help but feel sad that MES is no longer with us and there will never be another Fall album or a chaotic gig.

I used to do some bookkeeping for a pub in #Sydney. The owners had a policy of not employing men behind the bar, and not employing women over the age of 20, or below a certain bra size. One day some young girl accepted a tattered and distinctly dodgy paper $100 note long after #AU had gone plastic. She was young and innocent and the pub's owners thought it would be a lark to slip that same bill into her pay packet.

Bought a bike pump. Got on a bike for the first time in years. There is no way my brother-in-law was the last person to ride that bike. All of #DLW's family are vertically inconspicuous, and that seat was lifted to BeeGees falsetto height. Now I need @tregeagle to explain how the gears work. When I were a lad, state of the art was two cogs on the front and five on the back, and you were bloody grateful.
