Fugitive of the Daleks Audio Drama
More Daleks – in this month’s release in the First Doctor Adventure range. This full-cast audio drama, written by Jonathan Morris, sees companion Vicki (played, as ever, by Maureen O’Brien) rejoining the Doctor (voiced here by Stephen Noonan) who, is travelling with Dodo (Lauren Cornelius).

Escape The Daleks! Audiobook

Odds on Who / Ratings competition
After some six years Doctor Who has returned to Christmas Day, which of course makes it a candidate for being the most watched show on the day!
Though it is unlikely to make the top slot tomorrow - the King's Speech is almost certainly going to have that honour owing to its simultaneous showing across the major broadcasters - the bookies seem to generally agree that The Church On Ruby Road<\/a> might well be the second-most watched programme of the day at 6-1! This is followed up by Call The Midwife at 8-1, and both Eastenders and Strictly Come Dancing at 9-1. ITV1 shows include Coronation Street at 16-1 and Emmerdale at 25-1.
Of course with six years between Christmas Specials, it's been six years since our ratings competition for Christmas Day, and this year you can win a copy of The Church On Ruby Road<\/a> on Blu-ray or DVD. Liberation of the Daleks Graphic Novel
Last year’s The Power of the Doctor ended on a tantalising cliffhanger as David Tennant was revealed to be the new Doctor. Happily, we didn’t have to wait until last month’s The Star Beast to find out more, as the Fourteenth Doctor’s travels kicked off in the pages of this very magazine. The Cuckoo Audiobook
Jaye Griffiths, who appeared as UNIT operative Jac during the Capaldi era (and is also now a Big Finish audio companion), narrates this Twelfth Doctor adventure from prolific Who writer Steve Lyons.

Series 1-4 Blu-ray Box Set
The new Series 1-4 Blu-ray box set from BBC Studios includes the first four 21st-century seasons in full, beginning from the moment the Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) met Rose (Billie Piper), and continuing through the tenure of the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant). All the Christmas Specials shown between 2005 and 2009 are included, plus the Tenth’s final run of Specials – Planet of the Dead, The Waters of Mars and The End of Time.
Every episode has been upscaled using the latest conversion technology. Existing bonus features are incorporated, and there’s a brand-new interview with David Tennant and original showrunner Russell T Davies.
