One thought about the (unwarranted IMHO) fears about the rise of the robots: Technology produces better tools. If we worry about technology soon replacing workers, we should also worry about how we currently think about workers.

@pvs Ev's employer calls it "pizza", but consider: they only hire kids; & what is the one thing kids can not only cook, but entirely subsist on for weeks on end? Grilled cheese on toast. Round, unleavened bread & an enterprise-grade griller are the only significant differences.

@tregeagle In a single #walk, I caught up with @pvs, was served circular cheese on toast by Ev, then bumped into Roger on the return journey. After the last month of solitary essay writing, I was wildly over-stimulated.
