#TV just had an ad for something that either enhanced or removed hair or skin, promising "maximum colour performance". Womens' cosmetics sounds rather like Jeremy Clarkson.

Um, Internet? Hi. <grin> Sorry to be a bother, but I wonder if we could do without all the gimmicky web page scrolling effects? I'm not sure that drawing the reader's eye away from the text is in anybody's interest. #kthxbai

Seems my crappy old mail server is on a few of the more paranoid blacklists. Really not sure the inconvenience makes the work of investigation/remedy worthwhile. Need to get rid of a decade's worth of life cruft.
