@tregeagle I don't know whether to be envious about your globetrotting or just riding on a train. Last time I was in #Sydney, on every train journey I was bouncing about in my seat with a big silly grin on my face. Poor train etiquette, I know, but my God it feels good not to be shackled to a car.

… and a hat. I don't at all like having my head enclosed when it's hot, but covering it with a hat in middle age is preferable to having it covered with surgical dressings in old age.

The bogan next door has been flying the #AU flag in his window for some time. Now the weather's getting warmer and he has opened that window it turns out he fastened it to the window itself rather than the window frame, making it appear that the flag has curled up in shame. As well it should. Unless you're a ship, a scout troop, or a government building, you have no reason to be mucking about with flags. They're dangerous. You never know when one of them might go off.

Had a bit of toast that was crunchier than expected. Feck. Another tooth crumbling away. Kids, if you think there's a chance you'll live past your twenties, brush more often than just when your mouth feels a bit manky.
