F-bomb Freddy has been in fine form today. Effing up a storm since dawn, then took a defiant swim in the #covid19 closed communal pool. @tregeagle Drive safe. Or if you can't manage that, I hear fast is also good. Plus an anonymous source high up the security establishment tells me that in the current crisis, we've all carte blanche to swig straight from the gin bottle as we go, which should help pass the time.
