@tregeagle We should pick a place we want to visit and invent our own convention as a tax-deductible pretext. You can be MC, and I'll be keynote speaker. Do conventions still need booth babes? That could be a problem.

@strypey One problem is that #HTTP is incomplete. You should be able to edit pages in your browser and click on 'Save', regardless of where on the Web your files are. We're stuck with kludges that got the first mover advantage. #WebDAV

@strypey I spent a decade trying to persuade people that they don't need a brochureware site. When I lost the argument I still used #Drupal for the #jQuery, responsive base themes, APIs that prevent me making elementary security blunders, etc.
