@strypey Kelsey's "Economic Fundamentalism" from 1995 has somehow followed me through 20 years of home moves. Can't remember anything of it, except that we should ditch the labels "Thatcherism" and "Reaganomics" for "Rogernomics". Captures the (mean) spirit better, I feel.
