One of Australia’s foremost Indigenous artists, Richard Frankland, has joined the Wilin Centre for Indigenous Arts and Cultural Development at the Faculty of the Victorian College of the Arts and Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (VCA & MCM) at the University of Melbourne, as Head of Curriculum & Programs.
