@tregeagle Promethazine and sleep is the only thing that works for me. Mind you, given the former the latter is unavoidable. When I was young I used to take the speedy cold remedy pills, drink a lot of beer (because I was somehow always alert and thirsty, no matter how much I drank), infect all my work colleagues, and end up with a chest infection that would clear up just in time for the next cold.
