My daughter gave my wife a cast off iPhone. This has caused me no end of ongoing, feckin' 'domestic tech support' problems (proprietary, lock-in, overpriced accessories, Linux hating and complete lack of interoperability) I could have, quite frankly, done without.

To punish them, I disinherited both of the ladies in my life completely and left the entire contents of my sizeable estate to my son who has a 5 year old Sony Android phone that 'works great, it's fast, and does everything I need'.
