Nothing epitomises the Coffs Harbour lifestyle like living in the middle of nowhere, alongside a highway, downwind from a rubbish tip, adjacent to a motorway service stop, with commanding views of a swamp full of rusting shopping trolleys and a near-defunct "university" whose architecture has been unfavourably compared to that of Grafton Gaol. Are the developers providing a custom-built methamphetamine lab, or are they sufficiently confident that one or two will naturally emerge in due course?
