Started catching up on extracurricular # this afternoon. Sill going at midnight. Powering through on a Hunter S. Thompson strategy, estimating alcohol consumption by measuring ice consumption. The medieval Persian philosopher Avicenna apparently employed similar methods to enable work through the night, with rather more success than Dr. Gonzo.
